- The item should be in its original packaging.
How to Return an Item

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Ship the item to the return address we provide, ensuring it is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after receipt.
- Gift cards or any products marked as non-returnable during purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@trendrises.site within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a free return, repair, or exchange, depending on your preference.
